#992. Quacker Tracker

 

 And we’re back to basics. This is just your average Speedy-Daffy cartoon, but this time it wasn’t made by DFE or Seven Arts. It’s made by Format Films, yay! I hope this short will be any greater than… oh. Oh no. It’s boring!

 I always confuse this short with The Spy Swatter (#972) which is 20 items better. This is also a much worser version of something like, Hong Kong Phooey (1974), this includes one of the worst pairing ever thought in animation, Speedy and Daffy.

 The plot doesn’t help either, and so does the animation. As you expect with 1967 cartoons, especially one directed by Rudy Larriva (yuck).

 The last thing i want to say is this is also the worst Format Films cartoon, you know, the buffer zone before Looney Tunes’  twitching corpse lived before dying in just 2 years. The others, The Music Mice-Tro and The Spy Swatter are much better because they actually have a plot and some watchable bad moments.
