#986. All This and Rabbit Stew

 And hooray! Another Censored 11 cartoons, we were missing those don’t we? Now this could’ve been an above average cartoon if it was wasn’t for one major thing… Little Black Sambo. Seems like a Bugs is interracially hated by the masses.

 Now this cartoons has some clever gags. Particularly the dice gag, the cave gag, the ending gag, and the main log gag which made me giggle for a little while. But that giggle didn’t last that far as Little Sambo came back for Bugs to be racist.

 The Hick Critic gave this a 9/10 which i slightly understand, but he’s quite the Censored 11 defender. I only think there are three superior ones: Coal Black (#44), Tin Pan Alley Cats (#274) and The Isle of Pingo Pongo (#466).

 The last thing i want to say about this cartoons is…

 yikes!! That maple leaf was the only one covering Sambo’s uhh… private parts after his clothes got stolen by Bugs. That’s definitely somewhat of a highlight.
